The Rapha Nocturne brings cycle racing to the heart of the city. Everyone has the chance to ride the course before watching the best of the amateur scene followed by professional teams competing on an iconic inner-city circuit. All of this alongside live music, food stalls, and more. 


RIDE ALL DAY

Ride the course before the professionals. From 2pm, we’re opening up the Rapha Nocturne race circuit for you to ride, and hosting all-ability rides from all over London and further afield which will finish on the circuit with a victory lap. 

RCC OPEN RIDES 
The Rapha Cycling Club is opening its doors for the day and showcasing its best routes to non-members, running a variety of rides in London ranging from North London Hills to spins into Kent, led by Rapha Ambassadors and RCC members. All RCC Open rides will finish on the Rapha Nocturne circuit between 2-2.30pm with a victory lap, followed by a complimentary coffee at the Rapha H-Van.

RIDE THE COURSE 
With a dedicated family session for under-12s, and three any bike sessions, anyone on two wheels is welcome.

LONDON TO COPENHAGEN RIDE
To mark the new international Rapha Nocturne series, two Rapha Ambassadors - Andy and Grace - will be riding from the Rapha Nocturne London to the next city of Copenhagen over four days. Cheer them on their journey as they do a lap of the circuit at 15:15 before heading towards Denmark. You’ll then be able to watch their progress live on the Rapha Nocturne page.

RAPHA VILLAGE
Visit the Rapha Village and watch the racing trackside. An interactive light installation will light up the racing as the riders pass by the area. Enjoy the Rapha Clubhouse experience in our pop-up, watch Rapha films and buy the Rapha Nocturne collection. Get your new purchases customised with your name, pay a visit to our photobooth, race your friends and enemies at Rollapaluza, and grab an espresso from the Rapha H-Van.

It’s also the place to be fed and watered by the main Vedett bar, the Allpress Coffee Caravan, Stofano pizza sandwiches and steak sandwiches to keep you going all day, as well as seating to rest your feet when it all gets a bit much.

RIDER VILLAGE
Big screens, live music, food and drinks – a great place to meet the racers in Guildhall’s stunning courtyard. l. Get into the party spirit with Rapha DJs pumping music all day, the Rapha Mobile Clubhouse will make its UK debut giving out coffee to fuel the races, and spectators can see the racers up close before and after their races. The Rapha Cycling Club will have a dedicated rider pit stop for all RCC racers on the day where you can leave your belongings safely, relax ahead of the race, and get into the zone.

RAPHA CYCLING CLUB CORNER
The Rapha Cycling Club Corner is for the die-hard racing fans, with an atmosphere to put Dutch corner to shame. Even if you’re not a member, wear pink and black and head here for cowbells, horns, and the trickiest section of the course. The Vedett bar nearby will keep your thirst quenched. 

FAMILY AREA
Keep the kids busy with a range of entertainment and activities in the family area including a mini pump track. British Cycling are offering cycle proficiency training for kids from 4pm, and there will also be HGV safety awareness exercises. 

HOSPITALITY
Be at the heart of the racing with a direct view of the finish line and live commentary piped through. Free food and drink all day, a goodie bag and VIP guests to rub elbows with.

CLUBHOUSES
The Soho and Spitalfields Clubhouses will have shuttle rides leading people to the Rapha Nocturne regularly through the day, plus talks and activities.

LEICA PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION
Capture the spirit of the Rapha Nocturne with Leica’s photography competition. Post photos which embody the theme of ‘Ride All Day’ or ‘Race All Night’ on Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #RaphaNocturne and #LeicaRide or #LeicaRace. Winners will be chosen by Leica and exhibited in their store gallery.

THE CITY CENTRE

GUILDHALL GALLERIES
Guildhall Galleries form a fascinating part of the City's history. From Roman ruins to art, treasures and curiosities gathered together over the centuries. Step into the City's past in Guildhall Art Gallery and City of London Police Museum, both open until 7pm.

BILLINGSGATE ROMAN HOUSE AND BATHS
Once the residence of a wealthy Londoner, Billingsgate Roman House & Baths is the only Roman house in London open to the public and lies hidden below the offices of Lower Thames Street. Join one of our knowledgeable hosts on a tour of this hidden archaeological gem. Tours every Saturday and Sunday 10.30am and 12noon (until 30 November). TOWER BRIDGE AND THE MONUMENT
A short walk from the London Nocturne circuit, see a different view of London from Tower Bridge’s glass walkway and follow this with a 360 degree view from 160ft up at The Monument.
